PAYMENT POLICY

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• The final payment is due on the final day of your stay.
• We prefer personal checks, traveler checks, money order or cash but can accept all major credit cards for final payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations of 60 days or more will receive a prompt refund less $100.
• Cancellations or 60 days or less will receive 50% of deposit. The remaining will be applied to deposit of one full season in advance or the same season at a later date, if available, and is non-refundable.

PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE

• Montana state fishing licenses (will be purchased first day of fishing).
• Personal fishing gear (most items guides will be able to provide if you do not have your own).
• Montana state lodging tax (tax ends up being $10.50 – $15.00 depending on package).
• Guide gratuities (customary gratuities is $60-$100 per day, per guide).
• Transportation to and from the lodge.  On days of scheduled fishing your guide will provide transportation.
